ICOE 2010 - Cancellations and substitutions

All registrations shall be considered official and the corresponding place shall be guaranteed once payment has been made.

No refund shall be made once the booking has been made.

The holder of the reservation may transfer his/her place to another member of the same organisation, provided the exhibition organisers are notified of any change at least 48 hours before the event begins.

No alterations shall be accepted after this time.

This price does not include travel and accommodation. These expenses must be met by conference delegates.
