This sponsorship agreement has the following benefits:
The logo of the sponsor will be included in:
- Official web site www.icoe2010bilbao.com (with a link to the company’s web site)
- E-mailings about the conference and/or the exhibition
- Documents (programmes, leaflets, proceedings…)
2. To include information about the company in electronic format together with the proceedings, to be distributed among all the delegates (about 600 delegates are expected).
3. The sponsor will be mentioned in all the press releases about the conference/exhibition.
4. Free registration for up to 5 delegates to the conference (the full registration fee for not invited delegates and without discounts would be 500€).
5. Free space (9 square meters) for the exhibition.
