Call for Abstracts

Only abstracts in ENGLISH , submitted exclusively via the on-line submission form will be considered for assessment. Once you confirm your submission, a message will be sent to your e-mail address confirming despatch of the abstract together with a summary in PDF of the text sent. If you do not receive this confirmation message, please contact energiasmarinas@tecnalia.info.

The abstract will be assessed by the ICOE Committee who will inform the first author of the results of the assessment. Submitters of selected abstracts will be invited to send a full paper and informed of the format of the presentation (lecture or poster). An attempt will be made to meet the author's preferences, but this cannot be guaranteed in all cases.

It is hoped that all papers selected for presentation following assessment of the abstract are finally accepted. However, the ICOE Committee reserves the right not to accept a full paper if it differs notably from the contents given in the abstract or if the quality of the article is markedly inferior to that of the abstract.
